01 - Structure

Tubes are manufactured from a blend of polymers and chemicals to form a material that can be solid or flexible. Tubes are produced in a variety of thicknesses, diameters, tolerances, and strengths.

02 - Monolayer

For the cosmetics industry, we recommend Monolayer Tubes, which offer improved softness and bound back properties.

The monolayer tube is produced from 1 layer of plastic, which can consist of either LDPE (low-density polyethylene), LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or a combination of the two above.

03 - COEX

Co-extruded (COEX), also known as multi-layer laminated tubes, are plastic tubes with three to five layers. Due to the number of barriers, which are made of EVOH, they protect well against outside elements, such as oxygen, gases, and oils.
